Swiiit provides a useful Feedback page that enables visitors to contact you with enquiries and suggestions.
- To setup the Feedback application, mouseover the Feedback yellow tag and click on the [Edit] link in the dropdown menu.
- Fill in your contact information in the rich-text editor box and click on the [Submit] button.
- You may provide additional information such as location map by adding additional blocks on the Feedback page.
* When a visitor submits the feeback form, you will receive it via the email address provided during registration with us.
- To view the feedback forms submitted, mouseover the Feedback-Feedback application yellow tag and click on [List feedbacks] link in the dropdown menu.
- Mouseover the Feedback-Feedback application yellow tag and click on [Show form] link in the dropdown menu to display the form again.
- Mouseover Feedback-Feedback application yellow tag and click on [ Options ] link in the dropdown menu.
- Feedbacks are allowed to send to different recipient depending on the related topics.
